Skateboarding-How to 360 shuvit

What is a 360 shuvit?
360 shuvit is a great street move. It's basically a shove it turning 360 degrees. You'll need to know this before learning the 360 flip.


How to 360 shuvit? 
1. Move at a comfortable speed and position yourself like an ollie but the back foot on the frontside edge of the tail.
2. Leave your front foot closed to the heel edge of the board just below the bottom screw of your truck.
3. Bend your knee and as you straighten your legs, push hard downwards and quickly on the tail with your back foot. 
4. Kick your back foot backwards hard and kick your front foot forward at the same time. 
5. Extend your front leg all the way outwards to give your board more spin and power. Tuck your back leg under you.
6. When the board has spin around 270 degrees, pull your legs back to their normal position.
7. Put your feet over the truck as the board finish spinning.
8. Roll away.

Skateboarding-How to calf wrap

What is a calf wrap?
This one is extremely difficult to describe accurately, and right now I can't find any photos to reference. Basically, the calf wrap trick involves standing on one leg, with the other leg bent behind it and tucked into the back of your knee. The skateboard is held off the ground, clamped between the two legs.


How to calf wrap? 
1. This position is achieved by doing a modified no comply.
   
2. Pop your board with your front foot at the edge of the lip.
3. When you jump, place your front foot on the ground and use your back foot to scoop the board behind your front knee and between your legs.
4. Once you are in the calf wrap position, you can jump a few times with the board and jump back into the normal stance. Do check out the video for a detailed explanation!

Skateboarding-How to laser flip

What is  laser flip?

A laser flip is a 360 shuvit while the board rotates like a heelflip. You should also be able to do a varial heelflip to learn this.


How to laser flip?

1.  Pop the tail and do a heelflip.
2. 360 shuvit when the back foot kicks forward but press down on the tail.
3. Drag your heel towards the nose of the board but flick it straight as the board rotates toward you.
4. Once the board spins 360 degree, land with both your feet.
5. Roll away
